SCOPE:
Kim Engineering led the civil design and coordinated with the design team and Baltimore City Public Schools to provide schematic, design development, and construction drawings for a 91,280 GSF addition and 63,105 GSF renovation. Civil scope included site layout, grading, pavement and striping, storm drain, water and sewer design, forest conservation, sediment control, and stormwater management. The project was executed under a Design-Build delivery method and required coordination with multiple disciplines across a phased public-school campus.
