Sunny Kim, P.E.

President

Sunny Kim has provided oversight for engineering and geotechnical services for over 30 years throughout the Washington-Baltimore metropolitan area for more than a thousand projects including geotechnical studies and report preparation for numerous types of projects such as foundation design for high-rise buildings, storm water management facilities, site investigations and construction inspections. He has a Master of Engineering degree in geotechnical engineering from Virginia Tech and is a registered P.E. in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C.

Professional memberships include American Society of Civil Engineers, American Council of Engineering Companies, Associated Builders and Contractors, and the Maryland Building Industry Association.
